Led the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command world-wide effort to locate and return our missing Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, Coast Guard and Civilians. This required knowledge in working with foreign governments, logistical planning for operations in very adverse terrain and environmental conditions. Negotiated host nation agreements for work force and logistics world-wide, to include Germany, Viet Nam, Laos, Cambodia, South Korea and Papua New Guinea.
